Sonoma may wear the Pinot Noir crown in California, but Anderson Valley in Mendocino is the home of dozens of under-the-radar, authentic, Burgundy style Pinot Noirs. Windchaser is naturally-fermented and made under the philosophy of minimal intervention, which preserves the unique flavor signature of the vineyard and region. Notes of ripe red currants and pomegranates are seasoned with the hallmark spice and earth of Anderson valley.
