Dr. Corvers is one of the increasingly rare, fastidiously traditional and precise German winemakers. His organically-farmed and family-owned vineyards are perched on steep slopes high above the Rhine river in the Rheingau, neighbor to some of the most historical and famous vineyards in Germany. This bone-dry riesling is laser-focused, with spine-shivering acidity delivering the intense flavors of fine Riesling to every corner of the body; clover, citrus blossoms, and white cherries. This wine is available only in Germany and a very few selected wine vendors in the Bay Area.
